             The saying that going to bed upset will fester hard feelings and resentment goes back in the Bible:  “Let not the sun go down upon your wrath”-Ephesians 4:26. In recent study, Mr. O'CONNOR suggested that going to sleep after experiencing negative emotions preserves and reinforces them. According to The Journal of Neuroscience, sleep enhances emotional memory while preserving emotional reactivity. Sleep deprivation may reduce posttraumatic stress disorder, which presumes that emotional memory consolidation is paralleled by reduction in emotional reactivity. During an experiment at the National Center for Biotechnological Information, patients' reactivity to negative pictures was reduced to lower amount when they're awake than during REM sleep. Researchers Baran B, Pace-Schott EF, Ericson C, Spencer RM recruited 106 men and women and exposed them to images that elicited various emotions. They looked at what happened when the subjects were shown both new images and the previous ones 12 hours later. The scientists then recorded the brain activities during REM (rapid eye movement) sleep. 
              Results were shown that the disturbing images after a night of sleep, their response was just as strong as when they had first seen them. This means that sleep protected and stored the emotional response. Try not to sleep upset or disturbed because it preserves the emotion.

After eating large meals, our brain release pleasure chemicals which are similar to drugs and alcohol.
Scientist said that the good feeling after eating is called ingestion analgesia, pain relief from eating. The rewarding feelings help species to ensure survival. Fatty, salty, and sugary foods release endogenous opioids which help to control pain. A study in Nature Neuroscience published that high fat, and high calories food will affect the brain in the same way as heroin and cocaine. The body tells us to stop eating, but it is up to us whether we listen. when food travels through the small intestine, intestines release a hormone to tell the brain to stop eating. The blood glucose levels change, and hormone ghrelin calms down when the stomach becomes full. Although we used to eat a lot in order to survive, it is not so advantageous now.
In conclusion, too many people eat more than the normal amount of daily intake. The amount of food we eat can be harmful or helpful. Sometimes when people are completely full and cannot take another bite, people still continue eating. We should eat when we are little hungry but not wait until we are starving because we will probably overeat too much. Also we should stop eating when we are full.

SOPA or stop online piracy act was backed by major media corporations such as Sony and Comcast. The act was to protect these companies from copyright infringement. Although the bill had good intentions in helping these companies from losing money the way it was written could be exploited to limiting the free speech and publicity of the internet. Companies that promote the freedom of the internet such as Google and Wikipedia blacked out their websites to raise awareness against SOPA resulting in the death of the bill. Those who supported SOPA ended up losing millions of dollars lobbying this act in Congress.

A liberal super PAC was created in order to ensure ten members of the tea party would not be relected next election cycle. Their reasons are that the ten members are, anti-woman, anti-science, and unfit to be  representatives of our country. They embarrass their constituents with crazy notions which have no place in the modern world, and when their constituents find out they will surely vote the representatives out of office. The first six chosen are, Reps. Sean Duffy (R-Wis.), Steve King (R-Iowa), Allen West (R-Fla), Joe Walsh (R-Ill.), Frank Guinta (R-N.H.), and Chip Cravaack (R-Minn). Four more will be chosen by the members of the super PAC later. To enable them to meet their goal they will mobilize an army of 2.5 million grass roots activists. They will have offices in each of the districts of the tea party ten, in order to meet the constituents directly. They will "take the super PAC model and turn it on its head" (Becky Bond). Instead of having enormous amounts of contributions from a few 'shady' organizations, they will fund raise from millions of everyday Americans. The super PAC will not hold any punches, as it's intention is to drive the tea party members out of congress.

Drummond vs. Brady trial Evolutionism vs. Creationism

Brady and Drummond argue over the truth in evolution and the Bible. Drummond is a skilled attorney supporting the teachings of evolution in school, while Brady is opposed to teaching evolution in school and only wants the Bible to be taught.

Drummond starts off by making a lot of jokes at Brady that make the crowd laugh and taunt Brady. He shows him a rock that was millions of years old, and Brady says "no your wrong the earth was created on October 23, 4004 B.C. at 9 am, So this rock is no older than 6000 years." Drummond then says, "9 am, Eastern standard time? Or was it daylight savings? If the sun wasn't created until the 4th day then how would you know the exact time the earth was created? How do you know how long the first day was?" Brady answers, "The bible says it was a day." Drummond asks, "could it have been a 25 hour day?" Brady says, "yes, it's possible." After that Drummond had pretty much won. He had gotten Brady to doubt himself. Drummond then stated: "The bible is just a book, a good book." As the everyone left Brady yelled verses and prophets from the Bible, trying to get the courtroom to agree with him, but Drummond had already won.

The court room is very heated right now as Drummond and Brady are arguing over the validity of the Bible. Drummond, a brilliant attorney is in favor of teaching evolution in schools, while Brady says evolution has to be banned and only the theory of creationism should be taught.

Brady is supporting his position on the issue by saying that evolution must be false, since humans have a superior intellect to all other creatures. Right at this moment, Bryan is looking extremely foolish by responding to Drummond's "Sponge" questions, the crowd is favoring Drummond at this point. Brady says that according to Bishop Usher, the exact date of the creation was on October 23, 4004 BC. Drummond shows a rock and says that according to a scientist, the rock is over 14 million years old, completely contradicting Brady's argument.

Drummond just approached the bench, and is questioning Brady about the creation of the Earth; he is saying: "How do you know how long the first day of the world lasted if there was no sun or light to measure the time yet?" Brady is stumped, he stutters as he tries to explain, eventually reaching an answer: "I don't know, the bible says its a day". Drummond responds: "Is it possible the first day was a 25 hour day?" Brady's expression shows that he already knows that Drummond caught him. "Yes, I guess it is possible" he replies reluctantly. The crowd just went wild, everyone is screaming and cheering Drummond on.

Brady is continuously assaulting Drummond, saying he is trying to disprove the Bible, and saying that only he is right. Drummond just proceeded to call Brady a "self-proclaimed prophet of Nebraska", the crowd is laughing uncontrollably. The presiding judge just adjourned the court, and wait, Brady is trying to sway to crowd in his favor! He is incomprehensibly yelling about the Bible and reciting verses and prophets, apparently this strategy isn't working; the crowd is making its way out of court.

Brady, like Drummond, is an amazing lawyer but it is apparent that he is not going to win this case.
